Who We Are

Our Psychology Practice

Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.

We also specialize in Neuropsychological and Psychological Assessment.

Our Focus

Our focus for treatment is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.

Our focus for assessment is to provide honest, clear, unbiased information, to enable our patients to get the help they need  to heal  and to compensate for  injuries and disabilities. We want you to understand yourself and how to use your strengths to make your life better.

Our Patient Promise

We promise for therapy is to help you with  every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Our promise for assessment is to provide you with unbiased, clear, useful information, to help you understand yourself and to be as successful as you can be.

Our Services

Neuropsychological and Psychological Assessment

Neuropsychological assessment is essential for victims of concussion and brain trauma. It is also essential in understanding and planning for patients with dementia.

Psychological testing is provided for individuals who may have learning disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and emotional crisis. Psychological testing is also available to enhance leadership and interpersonal skills and to assist in personal growth.

Trauma & PTSD

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

Psychological therapy can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship.  Therapy will address basic relationship issues and will improve communication skills.

Therapy is also available for couples and individuals who are ending a relationship, and for children and families who are going through divorce.
